Ingredients PurumChan Korean Vermicelli 500g
1 Carrot (mid-sized)
250g of Meat
2 Onions (mid-sized)
10 Leaves of Shiitake Mushroom
1 Sheaf of Spinach
Marinade 8 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
4 Tablespoons of Sugar
4 Tablespoons of Sesame Oil
2 Teaspoons of Chopped Garlic
2 Teaspoons of Chopped Green Onions
2 Tablespoons of Sesame Seeds
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper
How to Make Cut the meat and shiitake into strips, mix well with 4 tablespoons of marinade, and fry altogether.
Blanch the spinach and rinse with cold water and after squeezing out the moisture, season with salt.
For onions and carrot, cut them into strips and fry them in a greased pan seasoned with salt.
Boil the noodles, and after rinsing in cold water, fry with the remaining marinade. Mix the noodles with all of the cooked ingredients above and serve in a plate.
