1 Piece of Fish Cake
80g of Lettuce
1/4 of Onion (mid-sized)
1/2 of Green Onion (big-sized)
3 Sesame Leaves
1/2 Cup of Water
Marinade
3 Tablespoons of Oligosaccharide
2 Tablespoons of Gochujang
1 Tablespoon of Red Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon of Chopped Garlic
1 Teaspoon of Sesame Seeds
A little bit of pepper
How to Make
Put marinade and 1/2 cup of water in a concave pan and boil.
Except for the green onion and sesame leaves, put the strip-chopped vegetables and fish cake in the pan together with macerated noodles (please macerate for more than 30 minutes in advance!) and boil until the soup is relatively soaked up.
Chop the green onion into stripes, and put in the above to mix well. Serve the completed dish in a plate, and finish by topping off with some shredded sesame leaves.
