Manufacturing Process
Our products are carefully made
with great care based on food science.
In order to make clean and healthy food products, our plants are equipped with a hygiene and sanitation system which allows entry of all personnel only after going through an air shower and strict management of the clean areas as well as general areas.

Hygiene
- To manufacture safe and clean products, the smock rooms in our plants are equipped with the latest facilities with strict entry management.
Mixing of Ingredients
- We make the highest-quality products by carefully selecting the best ingredients and applying the optimal mixing ratio.

Kneading and Shaping
- Chewy texture is created by applying light vibrations to the dough kneaded in a vacuum mixer and shaped in a shaping machine.
Gelatinization and Cooling
- The product is cooked then instantly cooled to amplify its chewy and soft texture.

Maturation
- The product is stabilized by controlling internal temperature and humidity at optimal level.
Freezing
- The elasticity and chewiness of the glass noodles is maintained by keeping them at 18~20℃.

Thawing
- The glass noodles are instantly thawed by applying strong water pressure to protect their texture and amplify chewiness.
Separator
- Noodle strands are separated and aligned to enhance product quality.

Drying
- For hygiene purposes, the products are dried in indoor dryers by maintaining optimal temperature and humidity.
Packaging and Checking
- By maintaining hygienic manufacturing environment and operating metal detectors, we produce hygienic and safe products.
